Ledger discipline

  1. 01Every naira entering the platform is written to a member-level ledger entry with a category and a timestamp.
  2. 02Settled and outstanding balances are separated; no entry is ever deleted, only offset by a corrective entry.
  3. 03Chapter treasurers may record entries; deanery coordinators and the archdiocesan executive may read them.
  4. 04Members always see their own statement in full, including which levy or event each entry belongs to.
  5. 05Consolidated reports roll upward automatically — chapter to deanery to archdiocese — with no manual re-keying.
