The register exists to make members findable, not reachable without consent. Enquiries pass through a relay inbox so no contact detail is ever exposed on a public page.

- Parish chapter and deanery
- YCP designation and service history
- Up to three professions with employer and skills
- Peer standing (aggregated, never itemised)
Never published
- Phone numbers and email addresses
- Home and office addresses

- Administrative ratings and officer notes
- Authentication identifiers and session data
Your controls
Any member may hide their entry from the public register at any time from the member portal; the entry remains visible to their chapter executive and the tiers above for administrative purposes. Withdrawal from the association removes the entry from all public pages, while financial records are retained as required for chapter accounting.
Relay messages are stored with obfuscated recipients and are readable only by the intended member. Officers cannot read member correspondence.
