Tier I
Archdiocesan Executive
Whole archdiocese
- Appoint and remove deanery coordinators
- Publish archdiocesan announcements to every chapter
- Read every chapter ledger and consolidated report
- Set dues bands and the platform revenue split
Tier II
Deanery Coordinators
One deanery
- Approve or reject chapter events and journal postings
- Review chapter accounts and flag irregularities
- Moderate the register entries of member chapters
- Convene deanery formation and retreat programmes
Tier III
Chapter Executives
One parish chapter
- Maintain the chapter roster and link membership numbers
- Record dues, levies and contributions in the ledger
- Draft events and journal posts for deanery approval
- Administer the chapter page and its history
Tier IV
Members
Own entry
- Maintain up to three professions with skills
- Choose whether the register entry is public
- Rate peers on the peer track after collaboration
- View a personal statement of dues and contributions
